Pet Policy
You have come to the right place with your furry friends!
The Livano at Town Madison is a pet-friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.
Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2. Our monthly pet rent is $25 per pet per month and we have a two pet per household limit. The best part is, we do not have a weight limit! We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.
